REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: September 7, 2025
At ARK Digital (a subsidiary of JCF Consulting, LLC), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring client satisfaction. Because our services involve time, strategy, and software-related costs, we maintain the following refund policy:
General Policy

All payments made for ARK Digital service plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew until canceled by the client.
Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice (via email to info@thearkcouncil.com) at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

Services will remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a month.
Minimum Commitment Plans

The Dominance Plan requires a minimum three (3) month commitment due to software complexity and setup requirements. Payments made during this period are non-refundable. After the initial term, the plan renews monthly and may be canceled as described above.
Service Issues or Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, or if there is a billing issue, please contact us at info@thearkcouncil.com or call 704-644-9342. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a correction or credit.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only where required by law, or in rare circumstances where ARK Digital determines that services were not delivered as agreed.
